The clothing bank provided by the UK registered charity Islamic Relief. It is located at the rear of the Wimbledon Mosque car park. All items donated are resold or recycled and the resulting money is used for charity.

The representatives from Islamic Relief collect items once every month and over the years there has been overwhelming support for the donation of clothes – we would like to thank our community for this and pray that Allah (God) rewards you.

Furniture e.g. chairs, tables etc
Toys
Electronic equipment

Only those items listed above will be accepted and any other item or goods left outside the donation point will require unnecessary resources from Wimbledon Mosque to clear.

Where should I donate or recycle items that are not accepted at the Wimbledon Mosque?

The London Borough of Merton and Wandsworth also provide recycle points for residents so these should be considered for any excess items.
